The Oil Spill around the Gulf Of Mexico, went close to the Mississippi Delta (a part of land).
Six days later the oil spill started to leak 5 times faster, and Deeper. Heavy winds drive the spreading oil spill closer to the Louisiana coast. The spill washes into fragile wetlands and made the lands around rough and rigged. President Obama visits and calls the spill a “potentially unprecedented environmental disaster.” Weather predictors and announcers say that the weather will hold of the oil spill to get on the land and kill the enviroment for several more days. The oil spill covers at least 3,000 to 4,000 square miles.

1)My Hypotheses Is That The Cup With Foal Rapped Around it is the one that will take more time to cool down than the one with foal.

2)My Observation is that when i watched the water covered in foal and the one not covered in foal i saw that the one in foul is keeping the heat inside so it wont get any colder in the inside of the insulator.
The One without foal the tempature went down quick beacause the heat was not coming in and had no insulator.

3)Also I Believe, Tin Foal Is A Great Insulator To Keep The Heat Inside the object. Because If You Made Tortillas And Put Tin Foal Over It Heat Keeps The Heat Inside To Keep It Warm And Not Nasty.

A violet color will absorb a photon of violet light, and re-emit some of it.Our Sun's light does not carry too many violet photons, so we always call these surfaces "cool".


So you can guess "Red", and know that it is the light source, and not the color, that makes it hotter.
